Friends of Ondiri Wetland is a CBO based in Kikuyu Constituency. For the past 4 years, they’ve embarked on a mission to preserve and conserve Ondiri Wetland. It’s not only that source of the Nairobi river; it’s the only quaking bog in Kenya and the second deepest Wetland in Africa. Due to their efforts, we have Cranes returning to this habitat, and water leaving the Wetland is cleaner than ever. Listen to their story.
